Where are the festivals held?

At Facebook’s campus, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Parking Lot 15


Is there parking nearby?

Yes. There is a limited amount of parking spaces available. ADA and bike parking are also available near entrances. Parking is free. 

For Facebook County Fair on August 26th, there will be additional parking options available at Willow Campus & MPK Building 20 with shuttle service to the Festival.


Is there public transportation to the festival?

Facebook will be running a free shuttle service from 4 locations in East Palo Alto.  Click here for full schedule: Facebook Festival Shuttle Route


Is there an entrance fee?

Admission is free for all festivals, including County Fair.  Gates open at 12pm.  For safety of our guests, only vendors are allowed inside festival prior to 12pm.  Security will be onsite to manage attendance & traffic flow.


Are the kids’ activities free?

Face painting, bounce houses & several other activities are free, excluding for County Fair. Tips are welcomed.


Can I bring my dog?

No. It is against San Mateo County Health Department rules to have dogs at our event. The exception to this rule is official, service animals.


How many vendors do you have, and who are they?

Each festival will offer a wide variety of foods including fresh farm produce, corn roasters, sushi, oysters, BBQ, ice cream & other delicious cuisines from local vendors & food trucks.  From sweet to savory, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.  For a complete list of vendors, see vendor listings under each event tab.


How do I become a vendor?

Please send vendor requests to: FBCommunityEvents@fb.com or fill out the form on our “Contact Us” page.


Do vendors accept credit cards?

Most vendors will accept credit cards. There is also an ATM onsite for cash withdrawals.


What is your alcohol policy?

No outside alcohol allowed at the event. Guests over 21 may buy & consume alcoholic beverages at designated bars onsite. ID’s required.


Is there access inside Facebook Campus?

Facebook Festivals is held outside of campus in the parking lot. There will be no access or tours allowed inside.


What if it rains?

The event is rain or shine. Extreme weather conditions will determine festival closure. Check our FB page for up-to-date event information.


Who organizes Facebook Festivals?

All Festivals are organized by the Facebook Community Outreach Events team with help from various festival partners.


Does Facebook profit off these events?

No.  100% of proceeds go directly to vendors & nonprofit organizations.
